do u guys think its lame or not? like i know lots of people meet online and get merried i know 12 couples that met online and got merried but i know 7 more ppl that got merried then divorved and i also know 9 couples that just met and broke up so do u guys think its lame?!?!?1? message back

No, I don't think it's lame and I don't think people lie online much more than if you meet them at a bar. We all no people who have been lied to in person and online. As far as my thoughts people are people whether you meet them online or in the supermarket. Some will be liars and some will be cool, you have to take each one on the basis of their own merit.
Reply:One thing I have learned from online dating is that about 75% of the people on there, if not more, are usually lying about who they really are. I wouldn't say that it is lame, but you definitely have to be careful.

Though internet dating has provided ample opportunity to find that special someone for you but the reality remains that all are not serious while finding matches online. some start it as 'fun' and then get serious as they advance in conversation, while some do it for 'sheer fun' only. Marriage is a serious issue and not everyone can get away with it in a casual way. that's why there are more unsuccessful cases then successful ones.
Reply:I think internet dating opened up a new door to people that could talk to people that they never would have face to face. Watch for red flags. Listen to your instincts. It could be good.

i have had online relationships before and i realized that more than 70% of ppl are lying about who they are on the net


( ie, age, job, family, career, looks, past experience etc etc)
