the nerve.com personals are for hipsters who live in cities, and yes, it's mostly about a one-date or hook-up situation. The choices on the site range from serious relationship to "play," and by play, they mean sex. The thing is, if it were really for serious relationships, "play" would not even be an option. They don't give you the option to choose "play" on eharmony.
