OK i have been internet dating sort of speak and this person I have been talking to says she's from Russia and of course for two weeks now I still can't tell if she really is from Russia ,is there a way to tell or figure out if this person does really exist, if not it was fun any way.

Best way it to use an IP locator. It will tell you the origin of the IP address they're using. Here's a link to one though there are many out there:
