When I was in high school and early college...there was no Internet and plenty of both idiots and unsocial people to deal with. Until a couple of years ago, there was no blogging/dating. I spent most of my time trying to connect with people without them being idiots at bars or clubs...or trying to avoid coworkers that could cause a mess at work.
Now after I'm married, I can easily find 2,000 partners my age to date and fool around with within 5 MILES of my current address--look up their profiles so we know we'll get along before we meet--and in less than 10 minutes send a message to anyone I want.
I went from trying to find a single person to hang out with me that was somewhat close to me, to suddenly being able to have any kind of relationship I want at my fingertips.
Is it me, or is this just plain weird?
How does Internet dating change everything?
Don't date someone from the net. You know they could have fake photos up. They could also be telling lies about themselves. My mom did that before and i just find it's stupid.
